These terms apply to orders placed on this website.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Arrangements are made to order; please order at least one day ahead. Rush orders depend on the shop's current volume.

Payment

We accept GCash and bank transfer. Pay in full, or pay a 50% downpayment to confirm your order and settle the balance upon delivery or pickup. Your order is confirmed once the shop verifies your payment.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal. If a bloom in a photo is unavailable, the shop will discuss any substitution with you before confirming your order.

Delivery

Tell us your preferred delivery date and time. The shop will confirm the schedule, the recipient's availability and the delivery fee with you. Store pickup is free.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact the shop promptly if you need to change or cancel a request. Confirmed orders are nonrefundable under the shop's stated policy. For a damaged or incorrect arrangement, contact the shop directly so it can review the issue.
