What are your hours?
We're open 24/7, Monday to Sunday. Visit us at 1282 Vincom Centre, Dos Castillas Street, corner Laong Laan Road, Dangwa, Manila, or call / Viber 0956 251 4670 or 0918 585 1075.
How far ahead should I order?
Our arrangements are made to order, so please order at least 1 day ahead. Need it sooner? Rush orders depend on how many arrangements we're working on — call or Viber us to check.
How do I pay?
GCash or bank transfer (PNB). After you place your order, your order page shows our account details — send your payment and enter the reference number there. We'll verify it and confirm your order.
Do I have to pay in full?
You can pay in full, or pay a 50% downpayment to confirm your order and settle the balance upon delivery or pickup.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We don't take orders that are fully cash on delivery. A 50% downpayment confirms your order; the remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.
How much is delivery?
Within Metro Manila, delivery is usually ₱300–₱500. Outside Metro Manila it's usually ₱700–₱800. Enter your exact address (and a landmark or Google Maps pin) at checkout and we'll confirm the exact fee, which is added to your order total.
Can I choose the delivery time?
Yes — tell us your preferred time at checkout. We'll confirm the exact time with you before delivery.
What if the recipient isn't available?
We always confirm the recipient's availability before sending your order out, so please give a mobile number where they can be reached.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
We match the design, colors and size. Occasionally a flower may be out of stock — if so, we'll contact you to agree on a substitute of equal or higher value.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, store pickup is free. Please order in advance so it's ready when you arrive at our Dangwa shop.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message or call us as early as possible for changes and we'll do our best to accommodate them. Confirmed orders are non-refundable.
Can you make a custom arrangement?
Yes. Send a custom order request or contact Ariel Subang with the colors, flowers, size and date you need — we quote any time. Everything is made at our Dangwa shop, then picked up or delivered.
Do you set up flowers at events or venues?
Not at the moment. We don't do on-site styling for weddings or events — we make the arrangements at our shop and you pick them up, or we deliver them.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Select 'Send anonymously' at checkout.
